You might say we are fanatical about service. You will never get some recording or long wait time at TAS. We are the ones answering the phones...the actual programmers, and we are available 24/7.
All of our systems are SaaS or Software as a Service and as such we provide complete maintenance and help desk with each lease. Speaking of leases, there are no long-term leases at TAS. You may cancel at any time by simply giving us a one-month notice. No one does that anymore but it should make apparent the fact that we trust our work and take good care of you. Few customers have ever cancelled and then it was due to program terminations on their side...not because our software failed to deliver.
